Join me March 21 for a intimate gathering at McEvoy Ranch. Located on a sprawling 550 acre ranch in West Marin County, CA. McEvoy Ranch is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. It will be a day devoted to health and wellness, surrounded by beauty in the clean country air.
The practice will weave together yoga, breath work, and meditation into a ritual for cultivating radiant health. This session will include a grounded yin yoga sequence where we will focus releasing stress from a very deep level in the body. We will explore the science of healing and how we can tap into the calming energy of parasympathetic nervous system and also a self care routine of acupressure points to bring vitality to our whole body temple.
After yoga we will be treated to wine and bites from the McEvoy Ranch. McEvoy creates award winning organic olive oil. beauty products crafted from the olive oil and local botanicals, as well as hand crafted wines.
