Amanda and Chantal have enjoyed leading retreats and traveling the world together for over a decade. Some of their favourites trips have included riding camels in Morocco, eating fresh pasta in Rome, galavanting the streets of Paris, dancing with mariachis in Mexico, and basking in the Costa Rican sun.
Their retreats are an invitation to reconnect to the beauty, magic and joy of being alive, and to savour the adventure that travel and new friendships bring.

As a mother, entrepreneur and cancer thriver, I know that life can be overwhelming at times. And I know from experience that if you don’t invest in your health and and happiness, it will cost you in the long run.
Being WELL is a daily choice, and going on a retreat is one of the best ways to invest in your wellbeing!
I’m passionate about helping women reclaim their radiance through deeper nourishment, better life force energy management and increased vitality to feel WELL beyond their wildest dreams.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Equine Facilitated Wellness Professional, and life long yogini, I can't wait to support your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing through cyclic living, transformative movement and simple seasonal rituals to nourish your body and soul.
Pre-covid, I directed The Well on Bowen, a yoga studio I founded in 2006, managed wellness programs at the Orchard Recovery Center, taught at yoga festivals throughout Europe and ran women’s retreats around the world.
Now, I enjoy teaching and coaching online and am the proud Program Director of the Integrative Nutrition Program at Rhodes Wellness College, and Lead Faculty Member for Yoga Teacher Training at The Vancouver School of Healing Arts.
When not coaching or teaching online, you’ll find me with my heart horse Maeve, or with my husband and son on our farm or nearby beach of Vancouver Island, where we now call home. Learn more about me on my website, thewellbychantal.com
Amanda Giacomini
Amanda Giacomini aka 10,000 Buddhas is an artist, yogini and gifted storyteller. Her 10,000 Buddhas project was inspired by ancient Buddhist artwork in the Ajanta caves in India. This experience sparked an awakening which led her on a mission to paint 10,000 Buddhas. Now 10,000+ later, 10,000 Buddhas has become a worldwide, highly sought after art project, including large scale murals, fine art paintings, works on paper, and apparel. She’s taught yoga everywhere from prestigious art museums & yoga conferences, to The White House and the Forbidden City in China. She’s also the co-founder of Point Reyes Yoga, a studio she and her husband, MC YOGI, started in 2001.
Amanda is a kind and compassionate teacher. She calls on her more than two decades of practice to support students in letting go of stress and opening up to their own innate peace and joy. During the retreat she will offer nourishing yin and gentle yoga woven with mythic stories from the yoga and Buddhist tradition. She will also share the wisdom she has gained on her own path as an artist and offer tools and practices to spark your own creative play.
