I’ll be guiding a Ritual Wellness experience as part of a full day of immersive wellness at the magnificent Terranea resort in Los Angeles, CA. The day includes, optional seaside cycling, yoga or fitness class, lunch, a special workshop with me that will include a short talk about my journey painting 10,000 Buddhas around world followed by a restful yin yoga session interwoven with Buddhist wisdom tales. The day retreat also includes a 60 min spa treatment AND everyone will receive one of my Ritual Wellness kits as part of the experience! Treat yourself to a full day of care!
Also on Sunday Sept. 22 join both MC YOGI and myself for a seaside yoga gathering at Terranea resort.
I’ll be painting a mural for Terranea and MC YOGI will be teaching a class 5-6pm. We will have a pop up shop at the event and book signing!
